If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy for a refund.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at biz@kailjay.store . We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exceptions
While we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience, there are certain exceptions to our return policy. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
